On Mixing:
So Baby Momma is enjoying my mixes and some junk. How schweet!! I still need to mail out the CDs to those that participated in the contest, so if you emailed any answers, please e-mail a mailing address you’re comfortable with so I can send them out. I’ve decided to do a series of mixes, one every month. I think it would be a good way to get support for the site. So like, make donations and stuff and you’ll get the mix of the month. Right now, I have 3 that I made for the quiz, an all-Mary blend which is hot as hell, and I am working on a Roc-A-Fella and Biggie one. There’s also a few more that I won’t mind sharing. And just to be clear, 5 bucks ain’t gonna cut it.

I was supposed to be copping the Bad Boy 10 CD the other day to coincide with the previous post on Biggie, but the whack-ass rekkid sto’ down the street didn’t have it. I’ve seen the tracklisting and know it’s mostly old hits, plus a new Ma$e song and a newly revised “Victory” with G-Unit. Yeah, I rolled my eyes too. The CD alledgedly comes with a DVD of videos, so that might be the reason worth copping it, other than the fact that none of Bad Boy’s new shit compares to the old. In other Bad Boy news, I am totally wet thinking about the albums by Carl Thomas (3/23) and Mario Winans (April).
Everyone is talking Van Hunt these days. I still haven’t heard anything, and I no longer trust blogger word-of-mouf. I was excited about finally having Anthony Hamilton’s CD and when I listened to it, I cannot help but think that this brother still hasn’t had his morning cup of coffee. He sounds like he’s gargling glass. I’ll give it another listen this week and see if my opinion changes.

I will be offering the mixes to people that donate to the site. I mean, why shouldn’t you receive something in return for your charitable donation? I am willing to take suggestions on what “the people” want. And again, my mixes are the shit, mainly because I know what I’m doing.
