I’m not home. I haven’t been home since Karsh’s birthday. I am in Atlanta. I will be blogging about the trip when I get home. A few points I should remember to recount:
- Met a boy.
- Got drunk.
- Clubbed with blogging buddies.
- In other words, I did the same shit I always do when I go out of town.
Hopefully I’ll get around to telling the full story when I get home, but there’s so much stuff I have to do. I have 2 sites I am designing, I am mailing out the mixes, I am still doing the school thing and I have some articles to write or locate. So, like, don’t be asking me for shit. I am really starting to have an issue with people asking me to do things for/with them like I just sit around waiting to lend a helping hand. This is not the case. I got love for my familiars, but there’s also a thing called “personal time”. And let’s even touch on the fact that all this shit I am doing for other folks ain’t making my wallet any fatter.
I really need to re-evaluate my priorities, and make myself one of them. You think?

I completely understand your need to “do you”. It took me a long time to be able to just say NO! After I mastered the art of doing so, I became a better me.
Good luck with making you your number one priority. If you don’t, no one else will.

Yes, honey, I think you should do you! Running around and having a good time is all fine and good, but don’t burn your candle at both ends. Take a day, vegetate… recharge, then go pell mell again.
